I woke up covered in a cold sweat, my entire body burning with this itchy sensation. I feel like suffocating, breathing in short, wheezy inhales, sobbing. I am feverish and anxious like never before.
I can’t take it anymore.
I have to take a bath!
I haven’t bathed for a long time, ever since I lived in the Villa. We don’t have basins in the cave-rooms, only a dirty hole where to spill our waste. No matter. I have to take a bath, even if it means to wash myself in the dust, like birds.
With trembling hands, I rip the clothes off my body and throw myself to the dirty floor. I laugh and cry at the same time, unable to hold my emotions. I roar and howl like a wild animal. I hear Broda from the other part of the wall asking if I was well. Probably my cries are making her uneasy, but who cares? I feel liberated as I roll in the mud, naked.
Free, at last.
Free!
After a while, I start breathing normally again. My erratic body calms down. I start feeling drowsy and I fall asleep right there on the floor, covered in muck.

When I’m awake again I have this peculiar sensation. I get up in a sitting position and I look down on my body.
My heart almost stops.
My legs and arms are bearing the signs of a seed, and this time they are genuine!
