The Spacer — Now Available as an Audiobook

Some stories wait.

Not because they aren’t ready, but because life insists on being louder for a while.

The audiobook edition of The Spacer is now available, narrated by Daryl Branson, and accessible on several major platforms:

This release has been quieter than usual, and I want to acknowledge that.

Between a full-time job and my mom’s health issues, most of my attention lately has been focused where it needed to be in real life. The audiobook itself was finished and ready—but I didn’t have the space to give its launch the kind of thoughtful presence I normally aim for.

And that’s all right.

The Spacer was never written to shout. It’s a story about restraint, endurance, and the slow pressure of systems trying to define a person from the outside. In a strange way, a low-key release suits it better than a perfectly timed campaign ever could.

Listening to the story spoken aloud was a surprisingly emotional experience for me. Daryl’s narration brings a gravity and precision that deepens the psychological core of the book, especially in moments where silence matters as much as words.

If audiobooks are how you like to experience stories, this version of The Spacer is now waiting for you.

Thank you for your patience.
Thank you for staying, even when things go quiet.
