The Silence is Louder Than the War.

For twenty years, the Terran Alliance fought a simple war against the "Spacer" colonists of Galatea. The propaganda was easy: Spacers aren't human. They are biological machines bonded to a hive-mind chorus they call "The Verse." They have no souls, no individuality, and they must be destroyed.

The standing order was absolute: No Prisoners.

Until Lieutenant Lucian Aris broke the rule. He didn't bring back a corpse; he brought back Commander Gordon Monihan—a legend among his people—alive.

THE SPACER (The Galatean Saga)

By Jasmine P. Antwoine

Now trapped in a Terran interrogation cell, Monihan has been stripped of the neural connection to his people. Plunged into a deafening, solitary silence for the first time in his life, he faces a new kind of warfare.

He is no longer a soldier; he is a specimen. Dr. Hayden, a cold xenopsychologist, is determined to dissect Monihan—mentally and physically if necessary—to prove once and for all that Spacers are just hardware waiting to be broken.

Monihan must endure the silence, resist the torture, and hold onto his sanity in a system designed to erase him. In a war built on lies, the most dangerous weapon of all is the truth hidden inside that cell.

Perfect for fans of military sci-fi that delves deep into the psychological toll of conflict. If you enjoyed the moral complexity of Orson Scott Card's Ender's Game, the gritty factional politics of James S. A. Corey's The Expanse, or the existential questions of identity in Martha Wells' The Murderbot Diaries, step into the interrogation room with The Spacer.

Moonborn: Songs of Defiance is more than an album—it is a battle cry, a historical record of Galatea’s struggle for independence. From whispered resistance in Before the Storm to the fire-forged anthems of For Galatea We Stand and Sparks of Rebellion, every track captures the raw emotion of war: courage, sacrifice, and the unwavering will to rise. Each song tells a chapter of the revolution, from the first quiet murmurs of defiance to the final, triumphant victory.

This is the music of those who refused to kneel. The songs of those who stood when the stars burned. The sound of history in the making.

I’m an author and a worldbuilder, not a musician. But storytelling goes beyond words.

Moonborn: Songs of Defiance is an AI-assisted concept album inspired by my sci-fi universe, the Galatean Saga.

AI lets me explore new ways of immersing myself in this world—through music, visuals, and narrative.

I’m not here to be a musician—I’m here to create.

The magic of storytelling is that it can take many forms, reaching people in different ways.

"Moonborn: Songs of Defiance" is more than just an album—it is an echo of a war long past, a testament to Galatea’s unbreakable will, and a glimpse into a world of rebellion, sacrifice, and destiny. If these songs have spoken to you, if you have felt the fire of defiance burn within these anthems, then the story does not end here. The full tale of Galatea’s fight for survival, the rise of heroes, and the cost of freedom is told in the Galatean Saga—a series of novels exploring the depths of this universe, from the battlefields of the Independence Wars to the stars beyond.

Join the revolution. Follow the story. Seek out the books.

Because some battles never truly end."
