They ask us about the power
That keeps us together,
Like floating around in a bubble of soap
Above the heads of other people.
And what is the word
That we keep so dear between us
And we protect from prying eyes
Like a well-kept secret or a family heirloom
They don't know and can't understand
The unspoken truth between us,
The unbroken spell which ties us,
Your past as a frog
And mine as a cinderella
Are united in love!
And so our love is making us whole and worthy,
In our eyes and our souls alike,
Like a happily-ever-after fairy-tale,
Making us fall asleep in peace every night,
Hugged under the same dreamy moon.
